Dear Friends of the Gardens,

In compliance with the Ministry of Health (MOH) latest guidelines, Gardens by the Bay and our attractions continue to remain open with tighter precautionary measures. The number of visitors entering our indoor attractions will be further reduced, ensuring sufficient safe distancing between visitors.

All indoor & outdoor shows including the Cloud Forest Theatre, 'Flight of the Dragonfly' 4D ride in Floral Fantasy and our nightly Garden Rhapsody light & sound show will be suspended from 27 March 2020 till further notice.

Far East Organisation Children's Garden and Children's Garden Cafe will also be closed from 27 Mar 2020 till further notice.

Members are required to obtain a time slot ticket from the Ticketing Counter to enter the Conservatories. Gardens seeks members' patience and kind understanding on the matter.

Promotional tickets are applicable only for Friends of the Gardens.
Promotional price is valid till 31 Dec 2020.
Minimum height limit for passengers: 1.2m and above.
A maximum purchase of 1 promotional ticket (2-way ride) is allowed per transaction for Friends of the Gardens individual (Adult/ Senior/ Child or Student) membership cardholders.
A maximum purchase of 5 promotional tickets (2-way ride) are allowed per transaction for Friends of the Gardens Family membership cardholders.
The 2-way rides must be used on the same day.
Members can purchase the tickets at the self-ticketing kiosks located at Bayfront Plaza (near Automated Ticketing Kiosks) and Flower Dome (near shuttle service stop).

Terms & Conditions (Friends of the Gardens Membership Renewal Promotion)

Applicable only for valid members who renew a 1-year Friends of the Gardens membership within two months before their membership expiry date (i.e. not calendar month). Not applicable for former members whose memberships have already expired, or members with more than two months of membership validity (based on membership expiry date). “Renewal” as defined under the terms and conditions of Friends of the Gardens programme apply.
Promotion is valid till 31 December 2020 for eligible members. The promotion takes effect from 19 August 2019 and cannot be applied retroactively prior to this promotion start date. For example, a member whose membership is already expired on 19 August 2019 is not eligible for the renewal promotion.
Valid for all membership categories and applicable only for renewal under the same membership category.

Terms & Conditions (Sweeten the Deal Scheme)

Sweeten the Deal scheme is applicable for visitors who had already purchased 2-dome tickets, and would like to sign-up for a Friends of the Gardens membership on the same day of visit.
Simply present a 2-dome ticket(s) and receipt(s) for the ticket purchase to enjoy a 25% discount to upgrade to a 1-year Friends of the Gardens membership.
The following utilised 2-dome ticket(s) and receipt(s) will need to be presented to enjoy the upgrade promotion:
