OCBC Skyway reopens to Friends of Gardens from 4 Sep 2020

OCBC Skyway is now open to Friends of the Gardens members, while Supertree Observatory and Floral Fantasy remain closed till further notice. Flower Dome and Cloud Forest are now open to all visitors. Children's Garden and selected F&B establishments, services & amenities have also resumed operations and are open to the rest of the public.

Complimentary 6-month (180-day) Membership Extension
- To thank you for your support, members with a valid membership as of 3 Apr 2020 would have received a complimentary 6-month (180-day) membership extension. Click here for more information.
Complimentary 2-hour parking for members via Contactless Carpark Entry System
- From 1 July 2020, the Contactless Carpark Entry system has been implemented for members’ convenience. The new system allows Friends of the Gardens who have successfully registered their Car Plate/IU number to enjoy complimentary 2-hour parking, without the need to redeem/scan a coupon. Terms and conditions apply.
- The present system of issuing physical carpark coupons to current members will be phased out after 30 Sep 2020. Current members who wish to enjoy complimentary 2-hour parking will need to apply for the Contactless Carpark Entry System by the extended deadline of 21 Sep 2020. To do so, please download Gardens by the Bay mobile app, click “Friends”, “My Particulars”, provide both your Car Plate and IU numbers and confirm your submission.
- Please note that upon your application, it will take at least 5 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) to process the Car Plate/IU update to our park system. Members will receive a confirmation email once their Car Plate/IU number has been successfully registered to the car park system.
- In the interim period, members may still continue to redeem their 2-hour parking coupons from our Friends of the Gardens Centre. The Centre is open daily from 9am to 8pm. Each membership is permitted to register only one (1) private car’s IU, and each IU can only enjoy 2 hours of complimentary parking per day.
Membership sign-ups / renewals
- Friends of the Gardens Membership signups/renewals will be available via Gardens by the Bay Mobile App.
- Please note that Friends of the Gardens Membership signups/renewals will not be available onsite during this period.

Unlimited admission to attractions

Enjoy unlimited admission* for one year to Flower Dome, Cloud Forest and OCBC Skyway.

*Excluding the dates when the Cooled Conservatories and OCBC Skyway are closed for maintenance and special circumstances.

Complimentary Parking

Our new complimentary 2-hour parking via Contactless Carpark Entry system accords free parking to members via automated recognition of car IU.

To apply, simply download Gardens by the Bay mobile app, select “Friends” followed by “My Particulars”, and submit both your Car Plate and IU numbers. Processing takes at least 5 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays). Members will receive a confirmation email once their car details have been successfully registered to the car park system.

In the interim period, members may still continue to redeem their 2-hour parking coupons from our Friends of the Gardens Centre. The Centre is open daily from 9am to 8pm. Each membership is permitted to register only one (1) private car’s IU, and each IU can only enjoy 2 hours of complimentary parking per day.

Complimentary 2-Hour Parking Terms and Conditions

Complimentary first two (2) hour parking is only applicable for Friends of the Gardens (except Child/Student members), and limited to per membership visit per day.
The present system of issuing physical carpark coupons to current members will be phased out after 30 Sep 2020. Current members who wish to enjoy complimentary 2-hour parking will need to apply for the Contactless Carpark Entry System by the extended deadline of 21 Sep 2020. To do so, please download the Gardens by the Bay mobile app, click on “Friends”, Update my Particulars and Car Details”, provide both your Car Plate and IU numbers, and confirm your submission.
Please allow us at least 5 working days (excluding Weekends & Public Holidays) to process the update to our car park system. You will receive an email confirmation once your car particulars have been successfully uploaded to the parking system, and thereafter 2-hour complimentary parking will be automatically accorded via the IU number registered in our system. In the interim period, you can still continue to redeem a 2-hour car park coupon from Friends of the Gardens Centre (9.00am – 8.00pm).
Each membership is permitted to register only one (1) private car’s IU, and each IU can only enjoy 2 hours of complimentary parking per day. Complimentary two-hour parking is not applicable for motorcycle, which is charged on a per-entry basis.
Please ensure that both your Car Plate and IU numbers are correct before submission. Gardens by the Bay will not be responsible for any inconveniences, delay or loss incurred as a result of incomplete, incorrect or non-submission by members.
Each membership is entitled to a complimentary change of the registered Car Plate/IU a maximum of one time per year. Subsequent changes will be subjected to Admin charge of $10.70 (inclusive of GST).
Gardens by the Bay reserves the right to change or amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
