Crowds are expected at Children's Garden this long weekend (7 - 10 Aug) and waiting times will range from 1 - 2 hours. We seek visitors' patience and understanding as entry will be controlled to ensure safe-distancing for everyone.
Cloud Forest reopens to the public
Cloud Forest is now open to all visitors. Flower Dome, Children's Garden and selected F&B establishments, services & amenities have also resumed operations and are open to the rest of the public. For further updates on our reopening and new visiting guidelines, click here.
Pre-booking of entry time slot required for all visitors
Pleae note that all visitors of the Conservatories are required to pre-book an entry time slot online, and to visit during the selected time to ensure safe distancing and to better regulate crowds. Shuttle Service, Audio Tour and Auto Rider operations
Shuttle Service is available for ticket holders and Friends of the Gardens with a valid same day time slot to the Conservatories. Please note operating hours are from 9.00am - 8.00pm. Audio Tour and Auto Rider services remain suspended till further notice. Click here to find out more.
Stricter social distancing measures in place
With stricter social distancing measures in place, please note that group size should not exceed 5 persons and visitors are also reminded to wear a mask at all times except for when eating, drinking or performing strenous activity.
